Tiffany Levy has developed a lifelong love for the transformative practice of all eight limbs of Yoga. She is a 200 & 500 hour E-RYT with her MBSR (Mindful Based Stress Reduction), trained in trauma, restorative & stress relief. A true intuitive professional. Co-founder of 420 Space Yoga, she is thrilled to be involved in building and guiding communities in and out of her Miami neighborhood, including mentoring teachers, private clients, mindful wellness retreats, and leading students worldwide YouTube, talks and workshops!

Tiff’s ultimate goal is to inspire a mindful, healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. To share these practices to everyone she possibly can.
